Early check-in's and Late check-out's may be available for an additional charge but cannot be guaranteed.

We operate from a self check in model - you will be required to fill in a direct self check in form (Charge Automation) which you will receive the link to via your Booking.com messaging platform after making your reservation. You will be required to complete this form, uploading ID for the lead booker and payment method for any remaining balances / security deposits which will be taken via the protected link 1 day prior to arrival (subject to the terms and conditions of your booking - please note this could be taken earlier)

Payment: Payment should be made in GBP by credit or debit card. Cheques and bank transfers will not be accepted.

Proof of Age: The lead guest must be at least 21 years of age as per the terms and conditions accepted at the time of booking. Proof of identification and date of birth is required via the self check in link and if not actioned, Epic Apart Hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain any owed funds as per the cancellation policy.

Check In: We operate a full self-check in process. On the day of arrival, you will be contacted via whats app / text message to the number provided on Booking.com from 3PM. The EPIC Team will send your access codes for the building and the lockbox (which will have your fob inside). Please note these will only be sent if you have fully completed your self check in form (Charge Automation).

Kinakailangang magpakita ang mga bisita ng photo identification at credit card sa pag-check in. Mangyaring tandaan na lahat ng Special Request ay batay sa availability at maaaring may karagdagang bayad.

Mangyaring ipagbigay-alam sa Seel Street Apartments by EPIC nang maaga ang iyong inaasahang oras ng pagdating. Maaari mong gamitin ang Special Request box habang nagbu-book, o makipag-ugnayan mismo sa property gamit ang mga detalyeng makikita sa confirmation mo.

Hindi pinapayagan ng property na 'to ang bachelor at bachelorette parties at kahit anong katulad nito.

Ang mga oras na tahimik ay sa pagitan ng 22:00:00 at 08:00:00.

Puwede lang mag-check in ang mga guest na wala pang 18 taong gulang kapag may kasamang magulang o official guardian.

Kailangan ng damage deposit na £300. Icha-charge ito ng accommodation araw bago ang pagdating. Kukunin ito sa pamamagitan ng credit card. Makukuha mo ang reimbursement sa loob ng 7 araw pagkatapos ng check out. Ire-refund nang buo ang deposit mo sa pamamagitan ng credit card, pagkatapos na mag-inspect ng accommodation mo.
