This Victorian period home is an ideal home for families, larger groups and contractors working away from home. Inside you will find original flooring throughout the communal spaces, as well as authentic fireplaces in each room highlighting the charm of this beautiful property. House has four bedrooms, ONE bathroom, living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table and private outdoor back courtyard. On the ground floor you will find a stylish living room with traditional wooden flooring and a comfy L-shaped sofa, tub chair and bean bag. The sofa also pulls out into an additional comfortable single bed for larger groups. To the rear of the property is the newly refurbished kitchen (complete with its original flooring) With its large 5 burner range oven and dining area, this kitchen is well equipped. The final room on the ground floor is a spacious King bedroom. This room can also be converted into a twin room on request. Upstairs three bedrooms, one King, one twin and a single. The King can also be converted into a third twin room on request. The bathroom is also located on the first floor between the bedrooms which boasts a bathtub with rainfall shower above.

Located on the outskirts of Chester, Hoole is a village with real community and fiercely independent spirit. Dubbed ‘Chester’s oldest suburb’ and boasting a shopping district that has won a number of awards. Ermine Rd is a great location. This beautiful 4 bedroom holiday let House is just a15 minute walk or 5 minute drive to the city. Should you wish to explore further afield, Liverpool is just half hour or so drive or 40 minutes on the train and the beautiful Welsh countryside on your doorstep. Maybe book and visit the world famous Chester Zoo, just 10 minutes drive across town or watch a show at the Storyhouse. There's plenty to see and do in and around the area
