This house adopts a self-service style whereby the the guests are provided with their own rooms with en-suite bathrooms and a shared kitchen. The guests are free to use the kitchen to make themselves meals of all sorts as it includes stove, oven. fridge, toaster, microwave etc. There is a washing machine which the guests can use to wash their clothes. No restaurant or cooking and serving services are provided. Guests have to stay for a minimum of 7 nights and a maximum of how many ever months they wish to reside.

Mr Kumar is a landlord and manages different properties in different cities, He does not reside at this property, so his staff will be present to receive the guests and provide them with a key.

Falcon Villa is situated on a quiet side of Grimsby town whereby the roads are quiet and peaceful. There is a big Asda, Tesco, Wilko, Home Bargains and Matalan within walk-able distance. Sea docks, B and Q and other shopping areas are within 10 min driving distance. There are restaurants within walk-able distance too. There are several bus stops around which can take you to Cleethorpes beach and Hull.
