With contactless check-in and an electronic key, late arrivals are a breeze. Just a heads-up: our building doesn't have an elevator – think of it as our free, daily leg-toning exercise! Other details to note For stays of a month or longer, please note that you will need to sign a lease contract. Utilities such as electricity, water, or gas will be covered up to a total of 150 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once the bills are available.
