North West Accommodation began in 2018 with a clear vision: to provide quality serviced accommodation to suit every guest. Starting modestly with four properties, we have grown to 16 houses ranging from 2 - 4 bedrooms and 4 apartments, with further additions anticipated this year. Our hallmark is experience in catering for our guests, and we take pride in prioritising guest satisfaction, ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay in each of our properties. We work with local councils, insurance companies, companies from both the UK and abroad fulfilling the accommodation needs of their teams working in our localities. Our experienced team comprises personnel who cover customer Care, maintenance, cleaning, electrical, heating & engineering, all working collaboratively to provide quality accommodation across the North West Region. Our properties are located in and around: Manchester, Wigan, Chorley, Preston, Warrington and St Helens

This beautiful holiday home doesn’t fail to please and is available for a fraction of the price of a hotel. This serviced accommodation is suitable for a family, a small group of friends or contractors working in the area. During your stay, you have exclusive use of the entire house! Everything you need for your convenience is provided during your stay, including a fully-functional kitchen, dining room, living room with a flat screen television and 2 shower rooms. During your stay you are assured: comfortable bedding, clean towels, and for guests staying longer than a week - a complimentary weekly clean is included as standard, along with change of bedding and towels. There is free wireless WiFi throughout and street parking for up to 2 vehicles, close to the house.

The house is situated on a busy road but there is parking at the side. Across the road is a local convenience store and a 14 minute walk will take you to the town centre. It's well-served by major supermarkets Asda, Aldi, Sansbury, and Tesco. There are also numerous take-aways and restaurants, as well as nearby amenities and parks such as Pennington Flash and Pennington Sports Village There is easy access to major motorway networks such as the M62 and M6 offering a quick commute to Manchester, Liverpool, Warrington, Wigan, St Helens or Bolton city centres.
