Fisherman’s Way is in one of Swansea’s premier locations, right on the main promenade leading to Mumbles and a short walk into the main town center. Everything is close by from the local Tesco supermarket to the beach which is just over a grass verge behind the property. This property is perfect for couples, family’s or anyone looking for a location close to the beach and the town center. It is located on the ground floor, so no steps to climb, allowing easy, safe access to the property. It comes with a dedicated parking space, which is a hot commodity in this location. Apart from being in a prime location, this property has a spacious open plan lounge and kitchen with a dining table & four chairs. There is a nice comfy sofa as well as a large flat screen smart TV for you to relax in front of as the evenings roll in and even a small balcony area which you can sit out on by the promenade. There are two double bedrooms, both with double beds in them, the master bedroom has its own en-suite toilet, shower, and wash basin as well as a large mirror fronted wardrobe. There are bed side tables each side of the bed as well as lamps and sockets to charge up your phone.

Mumbles is perfectly situated along the coast of Swansea bay, with the famous promenade running from Swansea city centre all the way down to the Mumbles Pier. Its perfect for riding your bike, roller skates, jogging or even just plain good old fashioned walking. On your walk to the Mumbles you will find Singleton Park, Singleton Hospital, outdoor play areas for children and beautiful views over the bay. As you get closer to the main area of Mumbles, you will find the famous Joe's Ice Cream Parlour, if you have never tried this, its a must, you will not be disappointed. There is an assortment of bars and restaurants along the way as well as another famous Ice cream parlour called Verdi's where you can sit and enjoy a meal or their spectacular range of delicious ice creams. The Mumbles Pier is always worth a visit with its family friendly arcade which has been there for almost as long as the pier has existed in 1898! some real history there. But don't worry all the games are up to date!
