Stocks Urban Bistro & Bar When staying in serviced apartments, it can sometimes be difficult to find accommodation with an onsite restaurant and bar. At Fraser Suites, Edinburgh, there is no need to venture further than our hotel to find somewhere to eat. We are very pleased to house Stocks of Edinburgh - a new offering to the capital’s vibrant bar and restaurant scene. Their urban bistro which is adjacent to the lobby offers classic European dishes using only the best produce Scotland has to offer. In addition to the bistro is Stocks Bar.
