A georgian cottage set in the heart of the town centre of Whitchurch, sitting opposite the beautiful St Alkmund's church ..Yes the bells do chime. The cottage is close to all amenities being on a quiet side street, off the top of the local high street full of individual shops and restaurants. The cottage consists of a separate lounge, fully equipped kitchen and downstairs w.c. Upstairs - 1 Double bedroom and 2 further single bedrooms and a family bathroom. The cottage does back on to a Gastro pub garden that is not connected to the cottage.
If you need me I live next door, happy to assist if needed. I was born and raised here, so know anything about the area needed. If I am out of the area my number is on the sign outside No.3.
Off the main high street in a quiet side road opposite the main church of the town. There is no garden with the cottage but the house does back on to a new gastro pub scentary garden. (This is nothing to do with the cottage). Parking is available between 6pm and 8am outside the cottage. Parking is available on various streets around the cottage and readily available. We are within walking distance of Mcdonald Hill Valley Golf Course and Hawkstone Park Golf course is less than 15miles away. Many other sporting activities are close to the area for horse riding, fishing, shooting, climbing and outdoor country sports. I can help to arrange these activities if necessary.
