Greenbanks consists of an open-plan living area with kitchen equipped with electric double oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, a dining area with seating for eight guests, a sitting area with Smart TV and a snug with multi-fuel stove. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor double, a double with TV and two twins with TVs, serviced by a ground-floor shower room and bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed garden with sun house, as well as off-road parking for one car and roadside parking for another. Within 0.7 miles, you will find a shop, pub and coast and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A cot, highchair and stairgate are also available on request. Note: The charging of EV’s from within the property is prohibited. Note: Please bring your own beach towels and cot linen.
