Grooms Cottage is a lovely barn conversion situated in East Norton, Leicestershire. Hosting two bedrooms, a king-size and a double, able to sleep a total of four guests. There is also a family bathroom with both a bath and walk-in shower. Downstairs provides an open-plan kitchen/diner, as well as a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside has a courtyard patio area with furniture and barbecue, as well as off-road parking for three cars. Grooms Cottage is a wonderful choice for a rural break to the East Midlands. NOTE: Latest check-in is 10 pm due to surrounding neighbors Note: There is a 20 per dog supplement - this is payable directly with the owner on arrival, dogs must not be left on their or allowed upstairs at any Horse riding at the yard and hacking out can be arranged privately with the owners, and can make a great holiday activity for all ages whether experienced rider or Latest check-in is 10 pm due to surrounding neighbors
