Grove’s House is a modern, family friendly property. It is within easy reach of the city centre with a large range of shops, restaurants and leisure activities for all ages. It’s 0.7 miles from Grand Theatre, 1.1 miles from the Swansea Arena, 1.2 miles from Swansea beach and close to other Welsh beaches. Being just a short walk to the city centre, it’s a great place to stay whether you are here for work or holiday. Our property comes with 4 bedrooms, a kitchen and dining area. Offers free Wi-Fi, Flat-screen TV in living room and in each of the bedrooms, a seating area and 1 bathroom. The bedrooms have cool quirky deco, single and double beds as listed, smart TVs, hanging spaces for clothing and all bed linen is provided. A travel cot is also at the property if needed. The living room has a smart flat screen TV, comfortable sofas and patio doors leading to garden. Our kitchen has everything you need, accompanied with dining table and chairs. A high chair is also provided for little ones if needed. A modern bathroom with a bath, overhead shower and toilet. Towels are included. There is also a garden with patio furniture to enjoy the Welsh summer! Parking is available on the street. NO PETS. This property has been running for over a year with 4.5 star reviews, due to it being taken over by different management, a new listing had to be made. Please note these photographs were taken prior to any guests staying at our property, some things may vary and some wear and tear maybe present.
