Please note that there is a staircase up to the front of the property from the road, and two steep staircases internally. This property is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues or children not yet confident with stairs. There is as permanent retractable safety gate on the second bedroom. A separate Cocoon © sofa bed is nestled into the corner of the lounge, transforming into a very comfortable small double sofa bed. Up a flight of stairs to the first floor, you’ll find a brand-new fitted family bathroom with shower over bath to the rear of the property.
