An Old Fishermans cottage dating back to 1840 that has been thoroughly modernised, with amazing views of Dartmouth Royal Naval College, Dartmouth Marina and the river Dart. Includes an Aga for cooking (please note this is on permanently 24/7 and can make the kitchen very hot in summer - you just need to open the windows), gas central heating and an elevated outdoor seated terrace with table and seating for 8 people to enjoy the stunning views. Perfectly situated for access to the South West Coast Path, Dartmouth Steam Train (which can be seen departing the station out of the lounge window!), Dartmouth Marina, The Steampacket Pub, The Ship Inn, Italian Wine Bar, Watershed Creek and both Passenger and Car ferries across to Dartmouth - we absolutely love it as do over 60 of our previous guests!

Hi, I love travelling to places I haven’t been before, I am a farmer based near Leamington Spa in the Midlands with Sheep, Cattle and Honey Bees. My family and I love the great outdoors and spending time in beautiful Dartmouth and surrounding area, walking, paddle boarding, swimming and fishing. My wife and I came across Dartmouth for the first time in the Summer of 2021, we immediately fell in love with the entire area and purchased this house later that same year - it's a perfect escape for us and our two daughters - we come here whenever we can and when it isn't occupied by guests!

It's an official AONB (Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) and we certainly agree. Short ferry ride from Dartmouth, with two great Pubs, a cafe serving breakfasts, a wine bar and the Royal Dartmouth Yacht Club. Several coastal walks and trails through woodland, beautiful views up towards the Royal Naval College - a lovely creek where you can sit and watch the sunset over Dartmouth.
