Plasnewydd is a Charming 3 bedroom historic stone cottage set in the hills overlooking the village of Talley. Recently re decorated through out including new carpets, a new bathroom, kitchen, utility room and conservatory . Very warm and comfortable cottage with central heating and wood burner. Boasts original rafters and exudes old world charm while giving you all the modern creature comforts. It has a queen bed and 2 double beds. Central heating, open fire in lounge area with instructions. Small tv room as well as tv in lounge area. It only accomodates 6 people in total including children Beautiful local walks through the woods and around Talley Abbey and lakes.

Very quiet neighbourhood. various pubs and tiny shops within a 7 minute drive ( and walkable) and the village of Lliandeilo only 13 mins away with all facilities. Tesco at Ammanford 30 mins away . Close to Dinefwr Park, Carreg Cennen Castle, National botanic garden of wales and Aberglasney gardens. Beautiful local walks from the house with varying gradient degrees. Not to mention the Brecon Beacons 1/2 hour away and the coast 40 mins away. It is a very central place with lots of other attractions locally such as fishing, horse riding, exploring - Dolaucothi mines local ruins such as Talley Abbey. Slightly further afield about 40 mins to and hour Llanelli wetland centre. Plantasia in Swansea Llanstefan beach , llaugharn, The Mumbles, Tenby, New Quay, Kidwelly Castle, Gower Penninsula and the Brecon Beacons and their fabulous walks. Bus into Lliandeilo. lovely local walks, great riding tracks, horse riding locally, close to Brecon Beacons,lovely gardens.
