Relax with friends, family and we even welcome up to 2 dogs upon request too - All we ask is that dogs aren't on soft furnishings or upstairs and that you bring dog beds / blankets etc. At this amazing property - We are afforded the luxury of being in the centre of a peaceful village, but only a short drive from the historical city of Lincoln and the town of Market Rasen too, Our guests can enjoy lots of local attractions nearby, From Market Rasen Racecourse, to Lincoln Cathedral. Our Cottage has just been renovated to a high standard in Summer 2022 with all the mod cons! At the house you will find a Cinema Room, Hot tub, Kitchen with 2 ovens, Dining room to seat 12, Large outdoor Patio area with BBQ and open views of the fields extend as far as the eyes can reach! Outside we also have a rustic all weather bar and entertaining area which has proved really popular, you can BBQ here, as well as play darts and other pub favourites! We kindly do request that the property is not used for hen / stag parties or groups and that due to the location of the property, although it is secluded and in a quiet village location, we ask guests to be respectful of neighbouring properties and the onsite animals - Yes, we have alpacas on site and you will be able to feed them upon request with the hosts! Tony and Jen love meeting people and welcoming you into the property. We offer a meet and greet service at Check in times and this allows us to show you all the features of the property as well as how to use the hot tub etc! During your stay, if you want to, We would love to allow you to feed our Alpaca's and sheep, children and adults love this and it really makes the stay unique! The whole team are very sociable and happy to advise on places of interest , pubs and restaurants etc too. Holly Cottage is set in a peaceful village. There is a pub called The White Hart only 30 minutes walk away. The village has a church, a picnic ground and even a theatre, (The Broadbent Theatre) Check out their website to see if there is anything on during your stay! There is an airfield close by too and if you book in advance, you could organise some wing walking on a plane as part of your stay!!!! (It's not for everyone - but certainly fun to watch!!) Wickenby also has its own woods, perfect for walking the dogs! Check out the Visit Lincoln website for all the local activities and attractions - but in Wickenby we are pretty central to Lincoln, Market Rasen, Wragby and the coasts of both Cleethorpes and Skegness are only about an hours drive away!
