Holly Cottage is a bungalow set up a lane on a small working farm, with views of counties Down, Louth and Armagh. While we live in a rural community we are only 2 miles from the village of Mayobridge, 7 miles from the city of Newry and 5 miles from the main Belfast to Dublin Road. The accommodation for 5 people , 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and single bedroom, a travel cot can be provided if requested. In the modern kitchen: cooker, micro-wave, fridge freezer, washing machine are provided with a separate dining room. Flat screen televisions can be found in the dining room and living room, Wi-Fi, Netflix, board games, books are provided free of charge. Welcome pack includes, tea, coffee, a variety of cereal, fresh bread, butter, eggs. Outdoor accommodation is also for use if you wish to store outdoor activity equipment, a spacious private yard which can be used for parking cars, or eating alfresco. The enclosed garden can be enjoyed by young and the young at heart.

Forest Parks 30 minute drive from HOLLY COTTAGE are Castlewellen, Tollymore, Slieve Gullion and Kilbroney where different leisure activities are available eg walking, kayaking, cycling and play parks. Beaches within 30 minute drive are Cranfield, Murlough and Newcastle. For the adventurous East Coast Warrenpoint/Cranfield provide sport/water activities, Carlingford adventures is an hour drive. If the weather is not so pleasant, various activities for all ages are only 15 minutes away in Newry, for the younger children there are 3 soft play areas Funhouse, Rascals, and Cheeky Monkeys Laser Quest and Bowling Alley can also be found at Cheeky Monkeys. Omniplex Cinemas are in both Newry and Banbridge showing arrange of films. Newry has recently opened a new state of the art swimming pool with flume, spa facilities and leisure centre. Boutique shops can be found in Banbridge, Warrenpoint and Newry. Belfast and Dublin are 1 hour drive or you can travel bus from Mayobridge or train from Newry
