Holly Lodge MAIN ENTRANCE From the gravel driveway, there is a small wooden ramp leading to the entrance. The entrance leads to the open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen on the right and to the en-suite double bedroom on the left. The flooring throughout this area is wooden. KITCHEN/DINING AREA The kitchen has all the facilities one would expect – fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher and toaster. The dining area has a glass table with seating for 2 persons. LOUNGE The lounge contains a leather 2-seat sofa and chair. There is an occasional table, TV & DVD player. From the lounge you can access your private decked area overlooking the lake. BEDROOM This is a double room with bed and built in wardrobe & bedside units. There is also a dressing table and chair. EN-SUITE BATHROOM In the en-suite bathroom there is a large spa style corner bath with a built in seat. The shower cubicle contains an electric shower. There is a WC and wash basin with a mirrored vanity unit and light above.
