5min walk to Boggart Hole Clough 12min away (2.9 Miles) to Coop Live 2.25mile to the Etihad Stadium 3mile to Manchester City Centre 5mile to Manchester United Stadium 2 min walk to all major bus routes to the city centre 5 min walk to supermarket, leisure centre and major food chains such as McDonalds, KFC, Subway 2.5mile to Heaton Park 2.25mile to the new Coop Live arena Recently refurbished. New beds and furnishings. Ground floor 1 bed, Living Room and Kitchen with outside space. First Floor 2 bed & bathroom. Please Note:- Bedrooms will be unlocked to accomodate the number of guests staying within your booking. (There will be no other guests staying other than those within your booking). For example one person staying will have the main bedroom unlocked with the other bedrooms locked. Hence the discount for the lower number of guests. However all other rooms will be available i.e Kitchen, Bathroom, Lounge for you to use
