Sefton Park, listed as Grade I had kept its quaint landscape whilst Princes Park, established in 1842, adds a historical touch to your visit. We welcome 4 guests in our two bedroom, one bathroom property with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, and a relaxing living room. Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to 500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.
