Sleeping up to six guests and spacious throughout, the apartment is tailored for contractors looking for a central base in the North East and with all the amenities you need, 58 Dilston Road could be the perfect spot for a comfortable business stay or a family city break. Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to 500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.
