Whilst the living room boasts a lovely view of the neighbourhood, we highly advise parents to supervise their children, as the sash windows are positioned at a low height and can be fully opened. Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to 500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.
