The award winning 5* rated Patrington Haven Leisure Park is located in the beautiful historic village of Patrington, East Yorkshire. The park is only 10 minutes from the East Yorkshire Coast with several beaches. There is an onsite Spa with various treatments available to book, an outdoor play park, multi sports court and a well stocked fishing lake. Rabbit Retreat is a bright modern holiday home with a 6 person hot tub in the enclosed private garden, perfect for families, couples and friends to enjoy together. The hot tub is sheltered under a hard top gazebo so great for all weathers. It has side panels that can be closed for privacy and lighting around the gazebo for night time tubbing. The decking area has seating with a table, in the garden there are two sun loungers plus additional tables and chairs with a parasol. The lounge has a large corner sofa, modern fireplace, large smart TV, and a cupboard with family games and children’s books to enjoy. Wi-fi is included to keep everyone entertained. The kitchen includes a large built in fridge freezer, microwave, oven, hob, kettle and toaster, with an adjacent dining area with a table and four chairs. The master bedroom has a TV, lots of storage, a dressing table and direct access to the ‘Jack & Jill’ bathroom with shower. The twin bedroom has two single beds and there is a sofa bed in the lounge for extra guests. There is also a second bathroom with toilet and sink, accessible from the hallway (near the twin bedroom) The beds will be made up for your arrival, and towels provided for every guest. A complimentary treat basket is included as well as tea, coffee, sugar and individual milk portions. There are parking spaces directly outside the holiday home. It is in a great location on the park, just a short walk to the Country Club with its fantastic facilities that over look the fishing lake

IMPORTANT INFORMATION Due to a fire in the onsite Country Club on 22/04/24, the bar/ restaurant, pool and gym are temporarily closed (no exact date yet for reopening) The Spa has been relocated to another building so still open for treatments. Outdoor events and entertainment will still go ahead (weather permitting) an outdoor bar and food are available on weekends and possibly through the Summer holidays. There is a fabulous swimming pool just a 10 minute drive away. There are several food and drink places close by (some in walking distance) we will send you all the options and information when booking. I live less than a mile away from the holiday home, so can always be on hand to help with any advice or issues that may arise.

The beautiful village of Patrington is only a 20 minute walk or few minutes drive from the Park. Patrington has everything customers need and more, from its lovely community feel to one of the most beautiful churches in England. The village has a fantastic array of local shops, cafés and pubs and a restaurant. Either on small countryside roads, or through walking tracks. The seaside town of Withernsea is only six miles away with it's huge Blue Flag sandy beach, that has a dog friendly area and a no dogs area. There is a lovely wide promenade to walk along to take in the sea air and the beautiful coastal views. A choice of arcades will keep the children entertained, one having a soft play area and mini bowling inside. There is an inland lighthouse, which is open for visitors to climb the 144 steps and take a look around the museum which gives a history of the seaside town. Valley Gardens is in the centre close to the beach, which hosts various free events throughout the Summer. Shops include traditional seaside shops and an Aldi, Heron and Tesco to stock up on essentials. When you are ready for refreshments, there is a choice of several cafes and pubs that serve food, an Indian restaurant and a choice of takeaways. Spurn Point, one of Yorkshire Wildlife Trust’s best nature reserves is just 10 miles from the park
