Veering away from the party culture side of Liverpool, our Falkner apartments are perfect for families who want a true Georgian living experience. The surrounding area is the quaint Georgian Quarter, with scenic buildings and original cobbled streets. It is an ideal location for a homey, cosy family and friends gathering.

2) Three-Bedroom Apartment - Located on the 1st floor, up 2 flights of stairs 
3) Duplex Apartment - Located on the 2nd floor, up 4 flights of stairs 
Please note that the building does not have a lift. 
*We kindly ask to make sure you read and understand our house rules before booking your stay* *The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise. We have a noise sensor in the apartment that measures decibels and alerts us when the noise is above acceptable threshold. Please note that the listings that sleep 18 and 22 guests are two units that are not internally connected but are accessible via a communal staircase within the building.

The Georgian Quarter area is well known for its top theatres and performance spaces, ideal for those with an artistic flair. You will discover many of Liverpool's finest restaurants, bars and cafés in the Georgian Quarter neighbourhood. Make sure you take a short walk to the lively Baltic Market that offers a range of delicious cuisines from various local restaurants!
