SeaFern Cottage is perfectly located just off the trendy Harbour Street, and only a few minutes’ walk to the harbour where you can watch the fishing boats come and go or book a trip out to the legendary Maunsell sea forts, or maybe go seal watching. The high street has an abundance of friendly and lively cafes, restaurants, pubs and boutique shops. Whitstable also has a thriving arts scene, and live music is a popular feature in many of the pubs. The cottage has a lovely, sociable, open plan sitting room and dining room, and a well-equipped kitchen. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a bathroom, accessed via the main bedroom.

Whitstable is a bustling seaside town on the North Coast of Kent, just five miles north of the cathedral city of Canterbury. And then there’s Herne Bay and Reculver Towers and Roman Fort just a couple of miles east, making Whitstable a great base to explore more of Kent, otherwise known as “the Garden of England”. And on top of the beaches and amusements common to many coastal towns, this part of north Kent is packed with indoor and outdoor kids activities – for any fans of wildlife, it is a must with no less than three animal parks!
