Old beams, quirky corners, beautiful upholstery handcrafted by the owner and antique furnishings create welcoming spaces where drifting off to the land of nod will come as easily as counting sheep. Step outside and there are pretty gardens to discover complete with a tennis court, sweeping lawns for garden games and summer picnics, a natural swimming lake and a patio that’s perfect for sundowner cocktails on warm evenings. It is the policy of this property not to take bookings for groups where the majority of guests are under the age of 25. From countryside walks and cosy pub lunches to exploring historic towns such as Warwick and even the vibrant and exciting city of Birmingham with its world-class concert venues and sporting events. There are footpaths in all directions and two friendly local village pubs within a 30-minute stroll. Nearby Henley-in-Arden has an up-and-coming dining scene with a range of interesting pubs and restaurants.
