A victorian style family home with 3 floors and many bathrooms. The rest of the house is used by the family, there are 2 younger children, so expect some noise after school hours and until bed time. This room is on the 2nd floor with use of its own exclusive bathroom. Bathroom is just outside the room. The room has lelatively large floor space but the roof is slanted on one side. Thare is a large roof window with great view of the street. There is a mini kitchennete in the room with sink, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is a wahing machine available on the floor below for the guests.

The area is relatively quiet and pleasnt. The neighbours are very friendly. This property is located on one of the better looking streets with trees, larger houses and front gardens. There is public bus service on the adjoining street 1 minute away from the house.
