There is open water in the property grounds. Larch is a wonderful detached lodge with two comfortable double bedrooms set within a 30-acre estate.. All on the Ground Floor: Open plan living space. Living area: 32" Freeview TV, DVD Player, Electric Woodburner Dining area. Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher Bedroom 1: Kingsize (5ft) Bed Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds Wet Room: Shower, Toilet. Biomass central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Front garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. 30-acre grounds with woodland (shared with other properties on-site). Tennis court and children&rsquo;s play area (shared with other properties on-site). 1 dog welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times. Fishing on-site. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are several steps and sloping banks in the grounds. There is a natural water supply from a bore hole. . Escape to this exquisite location surrounded by spectacular scenery with lochs, mountains and waterfalls in the heart of the Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park, at the edge of Ben Lawer&rsquo;s Nature Reserve.
