We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer being just 10 minutes walk to the town centre and 10 minutes drive to the fabulous Peak district. Its also just round the corner to a variety of great pubs / bars / restaurants / takeaways (The Brampton Mile). Spiral open tread staircase may not be suitable for younger children / elderly. (You are requested to contact owner for advice before booking especially if you have children under 10). 4G / 5G wifi router at house. As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. It has radiator central heating. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle and a microwave. The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and a music player. There is a small private courtyard garden with easy chairs. A lovely suntrap for relaxing. Although in brilliant close proximity to everything, with limited outlook, many people comment how surprisingly quiet it is. This house has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4 adults. In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds. There are 2 bathrooms. The first bathroom is ensuite, has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. The second bathroom has a toilet and sink, a bath and a walk-in shower. Linen, towels and a hair dryer are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are off-site parking facilities available at the property. - Pets are not allowed at the property without prior discussion.
