Enjoy a stay at our newly refurbished ground floor flat situated in the heart of Royal Leamington Spa. Just a 5 minute walk to the train station and a 5 minute walk to the town centre. The bedroom has a double bed with en-suite bathroom. In the living room you can find a sofa bed. We also have a travel cot if needed. Fresh towels are provided at our property. There is on street parking outside of the property, with no restrictions. You can also park off street in front of our garage, which is located round the back of the building.
