Suitable for contractors, families, even couples.
To interact to different people, different cultures.
The house is located a few minutes walk to Baffins pond and park and the beautiful shore line of Langstone Harbour. There are also a number of local shops, eateries, takeaways and coffee shops on Tangiers Road which is only a 5 minutes walk away. Access to central Southsea and Gunwharf Quays is easy by bus or just a few minutes by car. There is free on street parking all around the property and bus stops are just 50m away. Regarding the parking here on the street we find any time but for 2 hours allowed or after 7pm you can leave it on the driveway's flat. The house is located a few minutes walk to Baffins pond and park and the beautiful shore line of Langstone Harbour. There are also a number of local shops, eateries, takeaways and coffee shops on Tangiers Road which is only a 5 minutes walk away. Access to central Southsea and Gunwharf Quays is easy by bus or just a few minutes by car. There is free on street parking all around the property and bus stops are just 50m away.
