This lovely property is divided over two floors. Through the front door you enter the hallway, with the living room with sofa, rocking chair, and large flatscreen smart TV immediately to your right. Behind the living room is the dining room, leading to the kitchen and, behind that, the utility area. French doors allow access from the dining room into the garden. Stairs lead from the hallway up to the first floor with family bathroom and two bedrooms. The large front bedroom has a double bed and a small sofa bed, which can be used for those with a small child. The aft bedroom has a twin room layout as standard, but the two beds can be linked to form one king size bed. Additional rules and requirements: *The single beds can be configured into one kingsize bed. Minimum number of guest required on the reservation is 3, and request for reconfiguration shall be made at least 2 days prior to the check-in day. * Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise levels to a minimum between 10pm and 7am. * Smoking is not allowed. * Pets are not accepted. * No parties/events, including hen/stag parties. * Guest must agree with our T&Cs by signing before staying with us. * Guest must provide us ID (Passport or Driving Licence) before staying with us.

The house is conveniently located at walking distance to Earlsdon, popular for its shops, bars, and restaurants. It is also close to a large Morrisons supermarket and the popular pub The Holyhead. The road offers unlimited free street parking, and the city centre is close by.
