The living areas in this single-storey consist of a kitchen/diner equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, two dishwashers and dining seating for fourteen guests, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, a sitting room with TV and a snug with TV. The bedrooms consist of three super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request), three king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) and a bunk room, all with en-suite shower rooms. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn and furniture, as well as off-road parking for six cars. Within 2 miles you will find a shop and within 1.3 miles, a pub and please note that one well-behaved pet is welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Lower Marsh Barns is a lovely base for your next Cornish escape.

Discover the endearing village of Whimple amidst the countryside setting of East Devon, resting east of the bustling city of Exeter.
