The property is a self-contained, modern apartment in a great location within Gilnahirk and offers wifi and free parking. The apartment has an open plan kitchen and living area. Within the living room, there is a wall mounted smart TV, a plug in electric fire and a cosy sofa. The kitchen comes fully equipped with cook ware, dish ware, silver ware, fridge/freezer, oven, induction hob, dishwasher as well as a kettle and air fryer. Washing machine also located in the kitchen area. Bedroom one has a king-sized bed and bedroom two has a double bed - both with luxurious bedding.
The apartment is located within Gilnahirk and is a short walk from the local garage, cafe and chip shop. Large eurospar, restaurants and other amenities located a 2 minute drive away. A short 5 minute drive from both Ballyhackamore and Dundonald. A 15 minute drive from Belfast City Centre, the apartment is just a 2 minute walk from a bus stop which provides frequent services into the city centre.
