Quayside View is a very modern 2 bedroom apartment that has been designed to relax and unwind. Uniquely positioned directly on Paignton Harbour with a front facing terrace perfect for entertaining with truly stunning views directly adjacent to the harbour. The apartment is fully equipped to accommodate 6 guests comfortably an includes the latest technology in TV and media entertainment. The small working harbour is quaint, quiet and wonderfully tranquil spot with a real chocolate box view of the boats and Torbay with a few cafes and a great starting point for boat trips or a stroll to the beach or town centre. The world is very far away from this beautiful unspoilt corner of the beach in Paignton but the real jewel is Fairy Cove. A secluded, dog friendly, beach just a few steps beyond the Eastern jetty. As you enter the apartment you are greeted by an attractive entrance hall. One climb of small stairs brings you directly into the apartment which consists of two bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom and both with smart tv's. The ensuite bathroom has a kingsize bed and single bed the second bedroom has a double bed and single bed.

Neighbourhood information

Location Paignton Harbour nestles on the western shores of TorBay situated midway between Torquay and Brixham harbours. Its understated beauty and authentic ‘fishing haven’ feel are often overlooked by visitors to the area and even some locals. The harbour was established in the 18th Century and the local Council has managed the harbour since 1935. Paignton was a thriving fishing harbour for many years and some of the old traditions of seamanship are kept alive and passed on through generations of Paigntonians. Today the harbour remains a hive of activity, especially during the summer months and a vast range of different users enjoy the benefits of this unassuming maritime gem. The Harbour dries out at low tide and is well known for having an unconventional fairway approach. Unlike the majority of harbours in Great Britain the approach to Paignton is made on the port side of the fairway and not the starboard side. This unusual and interesting feature is marked by a ‘N’ or negative seasonal buoy and provides for a much safer harbour approach.
