There is also a fully refundable security deposit of 400 GBP, which is collected offline in a third party link NOT a cash payment that we require prior to check-in. If house rules are obeyed and no damages are caused, the deposit clears from your bank statement 3–5 working days after your check-out. We require all guests to send a form of identification (ID), preferably a drivers license, or a passport with address proof (utility bill), to be uploaded via a third-party link.
