From the living area head into the separate well-equipped kitchen featuring an oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, and Belfast basin sink. A door leads to the spacious and secluded garden. Additionally, the ground floor boasts a family bathroom complete with a shower over the bath. Head up the traditional cottage staircase to find two bedrooms, one double and one single. Mattishall village offers an array of local amenities, including shops, a quality butcher, superb fish and chip shop, a charming pub, and quaint cafes, all conveniently within walking distance of this superb cottage. Located approximately 2 miles from the A47, the village provides easy access to Norwich and Dereham.
