Lyme View includes a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dining seating for four and a living/dining room with TV and dining seating for four. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size and a twin, along with a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Outside there is a rear enclosed courtyard with furniture and on-road parking at a first-come-first-served basis, with EV charging available. Within 0.2 miles or less you will find a shop, a pub and a beach and please note this is a smoke-free property. One well behaved dog welcome. Fuel, power, bed linen, towels and WiFi included in the rent. Make the most of the stunning coast of Dorset with a stay at the charming Lyme View. Please note: There is an EV charging point however parking on the road to the front is property is on a first come first served basis. There is not an allocated space for the EV charging point.
