Manor Farm has a kitchen/diner, a utility, a sitting room with woodburning stove, a dining room/conservatory, a games room, a king-size bedroom with en-suite, a double with en-suite, a further double, a bunk room, a shower room and a cloakroom. Appliances consist of an electric oven, induction hob, Rayburn, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and for entertainment, two Smart TVs, a selection of games and a foosball table. Outside there is an extensive garden with lawn, patio, furniture, pond, access to heated outdoor kennels, and access to 30-acres of land, and a private driveway. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 1.6 miles and a pub in 2 miles. Enjoy rural Gloucestershire at Manor Farm. Note: Steps throughout the ground floor and to the rear. Note: Please supervise children and pets near the pond.
