Very traditional, warm and spacious 3-bedroom apartments situated on a quiet residential street of Marchmont district of Edinburgh, roughly one mile to the south of the Old Town. These stunning and tastefully decorated flats are perfect for visitors looking for quietness and privacy in a magnificent and very central part of Edinburgh. With their comfortable bedrooms, fireplaces, lovely bay-windows with city views, lots of decorative details, the places offer a truly unique atmosphere. THE SPACE Both apartments provide comfortable accommodation for up to 6 guests maximum. Their kitchens are fully equipped and are ideal for self-catering. Each property has 1 family bathroom. OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE BEFORE BOOKING Set in a very traditional building with no lifts. The flats can be accessed by stairs only.

NEIGHBOURHOOD DESCRIPTION Marchmont - This district features some of the finest examples of Scots Baronial architecture in the tenement blocks, complete with Victorian bay-windowed flats. You will also encounter cobbled streets, making it feel like you are transported to the late 19th century when most of the area was developed. The Meadows - a lovely park and just an ideal place for a nice walk - is nearby. GETTING AROUND The Edinburgh’s city centre and Old Town are just a short walk / bus journey away. PARKING On street parking - PAY AND DISPLAY Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm. Free overnight (5.30pm-8.30am) and at the weekends Public parking in Edinburgh: Always check the relevant ticket machine to ensure you pay the correct price as there may be variations in price and maximum stay times in each area.
