Only the number of guests on this booking are allowed to stay at the property. No additional visitors are permitted without Esquire Serviced Apartment's written consent.
Any additional guests, other than the named guests at the time of booking, who stay at the property after 23:00 will incur extra charge per person per night.
This property operates a strict no party policy. Guest who are found to be hosting parties will be charged a GBP 500 penalty fee.
Please inform Esquire Apartments 48 hours prior to arrival with your expected arrival time. For last minute reservations, guests are required to contact the property immediately after booking with your estimated arrival time.
