Beautifully decorated self contained large room with en-suite shower room. Recently renovated to a high standard and has a dining area and king size bed. It does have a small fridge and a continental breakfast hamper is provided and topped up daily. Kettle also in room. Please note that there are no cooking facilities located inside the room and is bed and breakfast only. Has its own front door and shared courtyard area with beautiful country views for those sunny days. Has tea and coffee making facilities. 3pm check-in and 10am check-out. We are located about half way between the villages of Porkellis and Carnkie. Look for an old style red telephone box in a small lay-by, turn off here and you have found us. Phil and Rachel want to share the peaceful rural idyllic retreat that is Medlyn Moor Farm. Medlyn Moor is a non working Farm, set away from the hustle and bustle of city life and as walkers we (Rachel and Phil) love where we live. We have been renovating Medlyn for the last few years as it was a ruin when we brought it, therefore we have both been kept busy, We have 2 dogs which also keep us busy. Set between Helston and Falmouth, a few miles from main road, we are in a rural remote location. You will need a vehicle to travel around, although we are on a bus route. We have a few local pubs within a few miles, serving food and local drinks. Central location to explore all of Cornwall. Flambards Theme park is only 7 miles away Beaches in Falmouth only 5 miles away Stithians Lake (Watersports) is 1 mile away as well as lots of other tourist attractions.......
