This lovely little cottage is the perfect country retreat offering peace and tranquillity, yet a beautiful riverside walk takes you into the centre of town. Milnfield Cottage offers lovely accommodation from the cosy living room with large wood burner through to the bright and sunny kitchen/dining room with patio doors opening onto the garden. The bedrooms are delightfully decorated and boast comfortable beds and bedding. Outside really is a joy with its large lawned garden backing onto the banks of the River Annan. Just 3 miles along the coast is Powfoot, a beautiful beach, the village itself was created in the 1790’s as a sea-bathing resort.
