Hello, I'm Nina, I'm one of the owners of Claire Anthony Homes, thanks for checking out our bio and considering one of our holiday rentals for your stay.
We are a small family run company which started with one property and a love of renovation and design. We wanted to share our family holiday house with others and were amazed by the feedback and the number of holidays we were able to host. Especially coming out of lockdown we were able to host so many family reunions and UK staycations. Managing our one property very quickly grew to helping others manage their own properties, and now we have a high-quality selection of homes across the UK, and every month we seem to be growing.
Our focus is always ensuring you have the most enjoyable and hassle-free trip. Our properties are in some of our favourite places, so we have loads of local recommendations for you. We are based in Yorkshire and Glasgow, but we have local teams by each of our properties who are all great and more than happy to help should you need it!

Heartswood Home is a stylish, modern, refurbished home close to Doncaster City Centre and is the ideal place to stay for long-term trips, comfortably sleeping 6 guests, with two additional sofa beds. There is everything you could need whilst away from home, with three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, smart TV and a large dining table which also converts into table tennis and pool table. Located on a quiet, residential street, with an enclosed back garden and a double driveway for two vehicles.
On the ground floor you will find a spacious downstairs toilet with wash hand basin.
As you enter through the internal hallway, you'll be greeted with a very roomy open-plan Kitchen, Lounge and Dining area. The Kitchen is at the front of the home and is a fully functioning kitchen.
The large dining table seats eight guests, can be turned into a tennis table and a pool table underneath.
The Lounge area has two comfortable couches which can be folded back into sofa beds, a 50 inch smart TV which comes with Netflix and Disney +, high speed WIFI throughout and a designated working space.
The house is wheelchair friendly on the ground floor. There are no steps to the entrance, kitchen, sofa bed/living room or the half bathroom. Unfortunately, you do need to climb the stairs to reach the main bedrooms and shower facilities.
Master Bedroom located at the rear of the property, with patio doors leading onto a juliet balcony. With flexible sleeping arrangements, the beds can be made into a super king-sized bed or two singles. There is a spacious wardrobe and an en-suite shower.
The second bedroom at the front of the home can also have flexible sleeping arrangements and hanging and storage space for your clothing.
The third bedroom is a twin room with two single beds and is at the rear of the property. It, too, also has hanging and storage space for your clothing.
Family bathroom comprising of a toilet, wash hand basin and a bath with shower.

Outdoor:
The enclosed rear garden is mainly Astro-turfed for low maintenance and has patio furniture to enjoy an evening in the garden.
Rules:
Parties are not allowed in the house, you will not be permitted to stay if noise levels are too high to disturb neighbours, we have a decibel monitoring device within the house.
If you are bringing your dog, please ensure they are off the furniture. If they must go on sofas, ensure that a blanket/throw is put on the sofa to ensure muddy paws don’t mark the sofa. Please notify us if you’re bringing any pets.
Parking:
A double driveway at the front of the home has space for two vehicles. Any additional parking can be found on the residential street.
The house is situated in a lovely, new build estate on the edge of Bentley. There's a really nice walk 5 minutes from the house with a huge woodland, my dog loves it there. You're also a 10 minute walk from a local newsagents and bakery. It's a very residential park of Doncaster, we advise bringing a car so you can make the most of all the local transport links.
Whilst parking is so easy with the double drive and on street parking. It is advisable that you bring a car during your stay. There is great bus links a few minutes' walk from the house, but ideally you have a car to take advantage of Doncaster's transport links.
