This beautiful and modern house is perfect for your stay in Hull! Contractors, friends & families are welcome - we look forward to hosting you! The house consists of: Three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a unique living/dining room area. We provide linen, towels as well as tea & coffee to make your mornings more enjoyable. Free Wi-Fi and driveway parking available. The house is fully equipped and furnished. Bedrooms can be arranged as two twin or super king rooms and one single room. Each room is provided with fresh linen and soft fluffy towels. The mattresses are super comfy, so whether you were enjoying the city all day or working on a site, we can guarantee you will have a good night's sleep! The kitchen is fit for an aspiring chef (just like you!) - it is fully equipped with utensils, pots and pans so that you can cook your favourite meals. Microwave, kettle, toaster and washing machine are also available for you and your guests. There is also a lovely garden which is ideal for relaxing outside and enjoying a glass of wine while the sun is going down. The property is situated in a peaceful and charming neighbourhood and is in walking distance to bus stops, shops & pubs
