IcelandWe were extremely happy with our stay at the Kingston Theatre Hotel. We arrived by car, and there was free parking just outside the hotel. We had just come from a 3-day stay in another hotel in Hull, which we didn't like, and staying at this lovely hotel in a quiet part of Hull exceeded our expectations. At check-in, we were upgraded to a large, luxurious room with lovely views of a park across the road.

The Deep is such a great day out.
The Deep is such a great day out. I took my daughter who has Rett Syndrome. She loved looking at all the different fish there. There was plenty of space to take her wheelchair, and nothing was really crowded

Visit the Café, also there are lots of toilets there. Allow yourself at least half a day as some people hog areas which hold up the sequence of moving to allow others to see what they have already seen.

Excellent, the cafe was very busy due to the claim upstairs was being cleaned. This was untrue as staff were just stood in there talking. People downstairs were claiming tables before being served. This selfish act is unfair on single visitors and single people with a child that needs supervision

I left Hull when I was 15.
I left Hull when I was 15. Now in my mid 70's I am going back to my roots.
I have to be honest and say that I was less than impressed by The Deep. Looks like a museum that has been curated by committee.
I look forward to a response from others that may see it differently.

Welcoming hosts, room was clean with some lovely touches, and the food was great. Very close to the connexinlive venue. free parking, close to shops, and only a 15 minute walk to the Deep, The Whittington and cat had everything we needed for our one night stay, thank you 😃

Really nicely presented, very clean and comfortable with everything thought of. Beds comfortable, lounge has lovely sofas and view onto marina, everywhere spotless. Thoughtful inclusion of use of coffee machine, dishwasher and bathroom products. Easy walk to marina and the Deep!

Absolutely fantastic stay, we stayed to go and visit the deep for my child's 3rd birthday. The staff were amazing and when we told them what we were travelling For and they went out of there way to get a birthday cake, card and presents for when we arrived for breakfast the next morning. It made the whole trip that bit more special. Thanks again to all the staff 10/10 this is our second time staying at the hotel and definitely won't be out last

Super helpful staff right at the check-in, the lady at the reception gave us a map of what to see in Hull and when we told her we plan to visit the Deep she also guided us how we can easily reach it by walking. The staff was probably the highlight of this hotel as the restaurant staff were also very customer oriented.

Centrally located with underground parking. Spacious lounge area, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, kettle, fridge freezer, oven and hob made self-catering for the 4 of us easy. Walking distance to shops, cafes/restaurants and The Deep.

This apartment was one of the best equipped apartments we have ever stayed in.
The apartment is situated on the marina which is perfect for exploring on the marina, visiting The Deep and the city of Hull.
We look forward to staying in this apartment again and would definitely recommend to others.

Perfect location, one minute from the train station, shopping centre next door, 15 minutes walk to The Deep. Great breakfast. Beds were really comfortable - I slept like a baby. Thank you very much for making my son's birthday so special (beautiful decorations and lovely snacks).

Great location, especially as we went to Hull to visit The Deep which is just a short walk from the hotel. The breakfast had a good selection and exceeded our expectations. The two friendly staff who were on duty that morning were really helpful and friendly. The check in process was good. There seems to be slight confusion regarding the price of breakfast as I was told it was £17 per person when I believe I saw £14 per person. Not quite sure what I was charged ultimately. However the service itself I couldn't fault. Friendly team!

The flat itself was lovely with fantastic views of Queen's Gardens and the fountain, Trinity and even the Deep over the city rooftops. The sofa was clean and comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the location was perfect for a family visit. Parking was secure, and easy to use, and the host was a fantastic help with easing the check in process.

Clean and in a good spot. We walked over to The Deep in the AM. We had an issue with our door but the owner was quick to ring us via their Ring system and resolve the matter within minutes. Exactly the support you need with a 1 year old crying baby in hand.
