Tea and Coffee provided in room with kettle Guests are allowed to order take-aways and eat in the room. Fresh linen on beds and clean towels is always provided on arrival. **** House rules📃**** I would appreciate, if shoes👟 were left by the front door in the hallway and the guests have to respect the house rule of keeping the noise down (playing loud music 🎶, TV📺 etc) after 10PM and until 07AM. After 10pm we keep the noise to minimum as otherwise the noise travels preventing others from sleeping. No use of drugs or smoking 🚬 is allowed in the room as I'm asthmatic and we got fire alarms. Also no use of hair irons, curlers, candles🕯️ in the bedroom is permitted, hair dryers are fine. I got a cat 😺 Parties🥳🎉 and anyone who's not on the booking are stickly not permitted in the room. Guests are not allowed to to have visitors during the stay.

***Getting around*** Main local train station: Chadwel Heath Station is 18min walk away(15min if you walk fast) or there's a bus that gets there too from my flat. From the train station there's a direct train that gets you to Central London- Liverpool Street station in exactly 26minutes. On Whelborne Lane (4-5min walk)There's Chinese,Turkish, cafes, Nigerian, pizzerias and many more restaurants. ask me and I'll show you! 15min bus ride to Romford, where you can find few shopping malls, 2 cinemas, nightclubs, bars, pubs, cafes, restaurants and everything else. It takes exactly 40min to get to Westfield Stratford City from my doorstep.
