A beautiful modern town house, 3 minutes walk to the centre of Lyme Regis and 6 minutes walk downhill to the beach. This house has a wonderful open plan living space with floor to ceiling sliding doors which open onto a balcony offering a ‘sea glimpse’. It has off-road parking, a bonus in a central location. Perfect for couples or families looking for a holiday in this seaside town; enjoy days on the beach, fossil hunting and walking on coastal footpaths or through lovely countryside.
We only live a few minutes up the road and are very happy to answer any questions you may have via text, telephone or e-mail.
Rachel’s place is located in Lyme Regis , Dorset, United Kingdom. Lyme is famous for being the birthplace of Mary Anning, the Victorian fossil hunter, it’s a lovely seaside town with a good beach and a collection of local individual shops along with some more recognisable high street brands. There is a wide range of restaurants and pubs and a small Tesco and Co-op for food shopping. Most large supermarkets will also deliver. Whilst it is best to have a car to fully enjoy the area the nearest train station is Axminster, where a connecting bus will take you to Lyme or pre-order a taxi.
