Within easy access of not only Newton abbot itself, but Torquay, Teignmouth, Shaldon and Exeter which are all within a short driving distance. Whether visiting the local beaches or the beautiful moors, the property is situated in a great location for both. As you approach the newly refurbished property there is driveway parking for up to two cars, as well as plenty of free on road parking.
