You'll also have the luxury of a private front garden and a gated back garden, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenic views. The fully equipped kitchen includes essential cookware, a stove, oven, microwave, and a dining table for four. For your convenience, there's a washer and ironing equipment available. A Nespresso coffee machine is also available. The main bedroom boasts a double bed, while the second bedroom offers a bunk bed, both adorned with complimentary hotel-quality linens. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Also, we charge fifty pounds for each set of lost keys. There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge for a smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you.
