Our standard check-in time is 4 PM, however we may be able to accommodate earlier times upon request. ID We may request ID for your booking before we release the check in details. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a smoking fine. Lost keys We charge for each set of lost keys. There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. Parties We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Local authorities may also be present (if required). Illegal activities If we have complaints regarding illegal activities taking place at our property we reserve the right to terminate your booking without a refund and we will inform the police.
